WINTER IN THE LOWER MAINLAND
The best thing I like about winter is that I live in the Lower Mainland and can
walk without many of the things I would need in the rest of Canada.
I don’t wear a parka, skidoo boots, mittens, a toque, hand warmers a snow
shovel/snow blower etc.
We are lucky that you don’t have to shovel rain. I love snow, provided it stays
on the mountain where I can wave to it from my back porch on a sunny day.
With weather not much of a consideration to real estate in the lower mainland
we can actively market our homes and ourselves all year long.
This time of year we should be contacting those sellers who said…. wait until
spring.
Those buyers who put their decisions on hold are now looking. The recent drop
in interest rates should be a catalyst for you to visit those buyers with new rate
information and qualification possibilities.
Always find a reason to provide them with early timely information. The
information provides two objectives:
Proves you are a professional who stays ahead with knowledge and
Information
Gives you a great opportunity to initiate contact.
These opportunities are a fabulous way to increase your sphere and increase
your ability to achieve greater results. The final question you should always
ask is: Do you know anyone else who may be considering buying or selling at
this time. Remember you are always on the lookout for people who need the
services of a professional.
Don’t be reluctant and don’t hesitate to ask the question!!!!!!
Waiting for better weather is like waiting for something good to happen to you.
