Each team will be provided with 5 bags of ice

20’ x 30’ spots

Power provided
·
If
teams have a vehicle in their spot, the vehicle
must be left there until the event is over (limit is
one vehicle per spot)
e will have a Health Department Inspection.

ALL teams whether sampling or not MUST have a tarp
or plywood in their food prep/sampling area.
(Outdoor/indoor carpet is not acceptable)
BBQ ENTRY FEES
Those that sample to the public:
This event will allow sampling $1 or $2
samples only. Sampling is allowed on Sat
(noon to 4) and Sunday (11 - 3) - 50/50 split
with the charity - We will sell $1 tickets to the
public
Proceeds go to the Charity (already listed on flyer)
All hot holding for the sampling items must be on propane
or electric or on your BBQs / CAMBRO HOT HOLDING IS NOT
ALLOWED.
At least one team members must have a Washington Health card
if sampling.

$175 after July 15
Register for Chili on separate form - $35 for both or $20
for one (CASI or Homestyle)

forever release, discharge and hold harmless the Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association (PNWBA), its officers and board members,
event coordinators and judges; and the TOUR DE TERRACE, its agents, volunteers and employees from any and all liability for
damages, injuries, or loss of any type whatsoever which may arise directly or indirectly as the result of the operation of the TOUR
DE TERRACE. I agree that my participation shall be at my own risk and expense; and that whatever goods, services, entertainment
or any other lawful pursuit which I may provide or participate in, to any extent, is at my own free will, expense and exposure; and
that this RELEASE is given of my own free will and accord. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the TOUR DE TERRACE, the
PNWBA, and/or their agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings or other record of
this event for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the PWNBA. The PNWBA reserves the right to
refuse entry.
Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available class/event at the discretion of the PNWBA Board.
