This banquet is an evening to honor the outstanding accomplishments of RMSST students. All RMSST
students are encouraged to attend. Honors will be presented to:
9-12 Completion of grade level at RMSST
Envirothon and MASA Awards
Ambassador Awards
Math Team Awards
Debate Team Awards
Peer Mentor Awards
Engineering & Robotics Team Awards
Science Team Awards
Number of Guests of Students
Due to limited seating, please follow these guidelines for inviting guests:
 9th – 11th grade RMSST Students - may invite 2 parents/guardians per family

12th grade RMSST Students - may invite 2 parents/guardians per family and 2 additional guests. The
number of additional guests beyond 2 is not limited, but will be on a first-come, first-served basis
according to space availability. If you would like to invite more than 2 additional guests, please email
Julie Garner at [email protected] regarding space availability.
Dinner Costs for Students and Their Guests

9th – 11th grade RMSST Students - $15 - A portion of the dinner cost is covered by the Rockdale
Magnet Fund, Inc.
12th grade RMSST Students – Complimentary dinner provided by Rockdale Magnet Fund, Inc.
Parents, Guardians, and Guests of all RMSST Students - $35

April 24, 2015. Reservations cannot be accepted after April 24, 2015.
Parking Voucher
Presenting a voucher upon exiting the hotel parking garage will allow many vehicles to exit much more
quickly after our banquet.
Normal parking charges at the Georgia Tech Hotel for our program length are $9 - $12. You may pre-purchase
a parking voucher for $10:

 Cash or check – Include $10 with your reservation card and note that you are pre-purchasing a parking

Your voucher will be given to you at check-in at the banquet.

email [email protected] if there is an error. Names will be added to the Guest List as reservations
and payments are processed in the Magnet office, so please allow appropriate time.
