How to Make an Ice Cream Sundae Candy Bouquet www.thecre8v1.com Supplies: Ice Cream Sundae Glass, 40-50 pieces of small wrapped candies, Curling Ribbon, Scissors, Styrofoam Ball, Kitchen Plastic Wrap, Hot Glue Gun and glue sticks, Colored shredded paper or small candies to fill the glass, Clear Packing Tape, Crazy Straw, Wire and a Red Pom Pon for cherry on top! Suggested individually wrapped candies: Tootsie Rolls, Bubble Gum, Cry Babies, Smarties, Jolly Ranchers, Peppermints, Brach’s Candies. Dum Dum Suckers and Life Savers Salt Water Taffy. Candies to fill glass: Red Hots, Lemon Drops, Jelly Bellys, Runts, Sprees M and Ms anything small and unwrapped. Directions: 1. Fill your sundae glass with shredded paper or candies. 2. Using a knife, cut your Styrofoam ball in half and wrap one of the halves in the plastic wrap. Save other half for another bouquet. 3. Place flat side of wrapped ball against the filled sundae glass. Tape the ball to the sundae glass with a couple pieces of packing tape. 4. Place Crazy Straw in the Styrofoam ball off center. 5. Curl a few pieces of ribbon and hot glue around base of Styrofoam ball. 6. Begin hot gluing edge of wrapper on a piece of candy and glue at base of ball. Add candies and complete a row around the base of the ball. 7. Go up a level and repeat 6, but glue in between each of the candies. The candies should fall like shingles on the roof of a house. 8. Repeat until whole ball is covered. Add some curls of ribbon to the top center of bouquet. 9. Cut a 6 inch piece of wire and thread the red cherry pom pon through the wire. Leave an inch of wire below the cherry. Make the wire stem above the cherry curly (You can use a pencil and make tight circles and even tuck a Gift Card to the stem). Add a dot of glue to bottom of cherry and stem and stick wire into Styrofoam ball.
