Gentle Yoga
Zumba
This yoga class is perfect for the newer student or
for those looking for a more therapeutic yoga
practice that focuses on flexibility, balance and
relaxation as well as providing you with more
energy and clarity. The instructor may use props
such as chairs, blocks or straps to make yoga
more accessible for those with limited mobility.
A Latin inspired dynamic dance exercise class designed for everyone at any age or fitness level. No
dance background required — just join the party and
before you know it, the workout is over. Sneakers or
shoes that allow for pivoting are recommended.
All Level Yoga
Yoga postures are modified to accommodate all
levels and conditions, offering both beginners
and experienced students with a satisfying practice that will improve strength, balance and flexibility as well as bring more awareness to body
and breath.
Yoga-Lates
This class combines Vinyasa Flow Yoga, building
strength, balance, joint mobility and flexibility,
with Pilates, focusing on deep core strength. No
prior experience, age or fitness level is required simply a willingness to listen to your body and to
focus on the quality, rather than quantity, of
effort.
Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga involves a silk hammock hung from
the ceiling, allowing one to hold traditional Yoga
poses with full or partial hammock support.
Instead of rooting in the ground, students assume suspended postures - subtle shifts of position within the fabric create various levels of
resistance and unique challenges for a new, different and fun all-body workout. Maximum
occupancy for an aerial class is 8. To reserve a
hammock call 284-5881, otherwise take your
chances as a drop-in.
Aqua Zumba
This class is the ”pool party” workout for all ages. A
challenging water based workout that integrates the
Zumba formula & philosophy into traditional aqua
fitness discipline. Fall thru Spring classes are held
in the Holiday Inn Harborview indoor pool and the
Summer classes are held in the Park & Rec outdoor
pool.

Indoor Cycle Classes
We offer multiple 30 min indoor cycling classes you
may take as a stand alone class or combine it with a
yoga class for one punch on your class pack card.
Yoga and Cycling are activities you can do to stay fit
and healthy well into your 80’s and are powerful
practices at all ages. Any fitness level may attend.
You will learn how to adjust the class to fit your
needs for the day, as well as how to work in your
most effective zone and push yourself safely when
you desire. (Cycling shoes and a heart rate monitor
are suggested but not mandatory. Please bring
plenty of water.) Maximum occupancy for a cycling
class is 6. To reserve a bike call 284-5881, otherwise
take your chances as a drop-in.
