The Power Packs Project is a charitable organization as described in section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code. All contributions (100%) are considered to be charitable contributions.
All proceeds from this campaign benefit local children and their families.
The Power Packs Project is grateful for the support of Lancaster General Health and
Spencer Advertising & Marketing for our Stay-At-Home Gala.

The POWER PACKS PROJECT partners with eligible
families to provide food and nutritional education
so that families are empowered and children thrive.
The POWER PACKS PROJECT provides ingredients, recipes
and nutritional education to families whose children are
primarily dependent on weekly school breakfast and lunch
programs and risk going hungry on weekends.
POWER PACKS PROJECT also supplies families with
weekly tips on budgeting and nutrition topics. This combination
of nutrition and education empowers families to stretch their
limited food dollars and regularly provide healthy meals
for their children. Children return to the classroom
on Monday morning well-fed and ready to learn.
POWER PACKS PROJECT currently partners
with 12 school districts and has 450 volunteers
and serves 1600 families.
