IT Junior Specialist, End
User Support
Poznan (position no.112870)
This role is responsible for providing access to
various IT services for GSK Vacciness users and
providing for them first-level support and
guidance.
Key responsibilites:
- Supporting users by resolving requests and
incidents.
- Escalation and communication of issues to
senior
analysts
and/or
management
- Creating reports on service performance
- Participating in service improvements activities
Establish, maintain and undertake training on
technical standards, policies and procedures
- Selecting appropriate technical solution for
particular,issues
- Proposing improvements in the service
Documenting
solutions
and
processes
- Cooperating very closely with Vacciness IT staff
(mostly located in Belgium) and with other IT
teams
spread
around
the
globe
IT.
What else is important ?
Basic knowledge of Windows 7 operating system
Proficient in MS Office tools
General IT knowledge
1 year of experience in the Information Technology field, with a minimum of 1 year a service
environment
Experience in delivering training sessions within a business environment






Flexible thinking and creativity in dealing with tasks and solving problems
Hosting environment knowledge
Proactive approach and taking responsibility for tasks
High communications and interpersonal skills
Ability to work individually and in a team
Ability to work in a multicultural environment
