If I told you how I achieved my body, you wouldn’t believe me.
I did it by following a set of principles that go against all the rules of the fitness
and health industry today. The truth is I never count calories and I eat as much
as I want; including all the foods I enjoy. I constantly see and help numerous
amounts of people who struggle with their weight while I often find it difficult
to keep my weight from dropping.
Although this seems like I’m boasting and
it may be too good to be true, it isn’t.
Want to know how I do it?
I practice a diet that incorporates certain nutritional elements that
are not found in most diets. I believe that these very elements are what keep
me lean and healthy. The lack of knowledge in these nutritional principles are
missing in the world of health & fitness today.
Statistically, most fat loss diets today fail in the long run. One of the biggest
reasons is some of the most popular health-food items today may actually
cause weight gain and disorders, whereas some of the foods that you thought
would make you gain fat, actually help you become lean and healthy.

WHAT CAUSES STUBBORN FAT?
Stubborn fat is fatty tissue that the body stores mainly
due to over-toxicity, insulin resistance, and excess
estrogen — a fat gain promoting hormone. When in
excess, estrogen promotes the growth of estrogensensitive fatty tissues, particularly in the belly and waist,
as well as other sensitive areas like the chest in men,
the lower buttocks, upper thighs, and back of the arms
in women. This vicious cycle of fat gain in which excess
estrogen promotes fat gain and the enlarged fatty
tissue produces even more estrogen that further
accelerates fat gain, and so forth. Unless you learn
how to break this downward spiral and balance your
hormones, your stubborn fat is here to stay.

Whether you like it or not, you are constantly exposed to an
assault of chemicals known for causing hormonal imbalance,
disorders and death – chemicals that are found in the air you
breathe, products you use, lotions you put on your skin, food you
eat, and water you drink.
These chemicals act in your body like the female hormone
ESTROGEN, causing estrogen disorders in women, feminization
