RULES
1. Athletes run under the rules of Athletics South Africa (ASA) and Athletics Mpumalanga.
2. Athletes must wear their official club colours. Temporary numbers will be issued to athletes not yet registered with a club.
3. Participants in categories other than the open event must clearly display their tags (J, 40, 50, 60, W) on the front & back
of their vests. The referees may require proof of age.
4. Referees, marshals & traffic officials must be obeyed at all times. Failure to comply with their instructions will lead to
immediate disqualification.
5. All runners participate at their own risk. Organisers & sponsors will not be held responsible for any injury, illness
or accidents occurring during or as a result of the race.
6. Minimum age 10km - 15 years / 21km - 16 years.
7. For safety reasons, ASA prohibits the use of all electronic equipment such as iPods while running.
