Media Release Cases Case Number Judge - Court Room Unit Agency Defendants 585507-14-CR Ambrose, Dick 18-B Primary Charges General Felony Cleveland Division of Police Harris, Johnnie L. | Harris, Sharina | Marshall, Qwayvon | Johnson, Devon Media Synopsis: Charges: Harris, 22, of Cleveland, orchestrated a robbery spree that spanned October 2013 through March 2014 and targeted 19 businesses in Cleveland, Lakewood, Euclid and Eastlake. Harris targeted convenience stores, bars, gas stations and pharmacies for late-night robberies. F2 He was sentenced to 57 years in prison for both cases. Sharina Harris, 34, Marshall, 25, and Johnson, 22, all of Cleveland, served as scouts, drivers or lookouts for Harris. Sharina Harris and Marshall each entered pleas of guilty to multiple counts of Aggravated Robbery and Kidnapping. Marshall was sentenced to 8 years in prison and Sharina Harris was sentenced to 9 years in prison. On April 6, 2015, Cox entered a plea of guilty to one count each of Rape, Kidnapping and Theft. Media Synopsis: Roy, 45, of South Euclid, engaged in sexual activity with a female inmate while employed as a Cleveland Municipal Bailiff. On March 25, 2015, Roy entered a plea of guilty to one count of Bribery. Sentencing is scheduled to begin at 8:00 a.m. 587248-14-CR Future Court Action: Sentencing 5/5/2015 Donnelly, Michael P. 19-A General Felony GCRTA Transit Police Department Griffin, Darryl Media Synopsis: On June 26, 2014 Griffin, then 39, of Cleveland, robbed an RTA bus driver at gunpoint near E. 82nd and St. Clair Avenue. Griffin later confessed to the crime. On April 1, 2015, Griffin entered a plea of guilty to one count each of Aggravated Robbery, Kidnapping, Disrupting Public Service and Having Weapons Under Disability. Media Synopsis: Moss, 19, of Warrensville Heights and Johns, 21, of Cleveland, are suspected of the murder of their two month old child born in February of 2014. The victim’s death was caused by blunt force trauma to the head and body. On December 1, 2014, Moss entered a plea of guilty to one count each of Murder and Endangering Children. He was sentenced to life with eligibility of parole after 15 years. On March 18, 2015, Johns entered a plea of guilty to one count each of Involuntary Manslaughter and Endangering Children. Sentencing is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. 583252-14-CR Future Court Action: Sentencing 5/7/2015 Astrab, Michael 21-C Major Trial Beachwood Police Department Brown, Jordan M. | Malone, Lauren T. Media Synopsis: On August 7, 2011. Brown, then 25, of Novelty, and Malone, then 18, of Cleveland Heights provided the victim with heroin, which caused her death. On April 8, 2015, Brown entered a plea of guilty to one count each of Drug Possession, Permitting Drug Abuse and Attempted Tampering With Evidence. On that same day, Malone entered a plea of guilty to one count each of Reckless Homicide and Attempted Corrupting Another With Drugs.
