Media Synopsis:
Between June 10, 2014 and June 19, 2014, Higgins, then 21, of Garfield Heights, Turner, then 35,
of Richfield, Collins, then 21, of Cleveland and Adams, then 23, of Garfield Heights robbed, pistolwhipped and shot persons at the Number One Lounge in Parma, Piffels Pub in Parma and Harry’s
Steak House in Independence.
On April 20, 2015, Turner entered a plea of guilty to one count of Aggravated Burglary, three
counts of Kidnapping, two counts of Aggravated Robbery and one count of Felonious Assault. He
is scheduled to be sentenced at 1:30 p.m.
Collins is scheduled to attend trial at 10:00 a.m.
Higgins and Adams are awaiting trial.
