Hill then attempted to flee the area in his vehicle when he became trapped by other vehicles on the road. Cleveland Police Officers approached Hills vehicle from the driver's side and removed Hill and a backseat passenger. 2903.02(B): Murder (x1) UF 2903.04(A): Involuntary Manslaughter (x1) F1 2903.11(A)(2): Felonious Assault (x4) F2 At the same time, on the passenger's side of the vehicle, an off-duty officer was attempting to remove Kenneth Smith, 20, of Euclid, from the passenger's seat. The off-duty officer knew there was a gun in the car and observed it on the center console. Smith lunged as if he were reaching for the gun and the officer shot Smith once in the head. Castleberry pulled out a weapon and shot at the officers. The officers exchanged gun fire and ultimately shot Castleberry. On April 16, 2015, Castleberry entered a plea of guilty to one count each of Attempted Murder, Felonious Assault and Having Weapons Under Disability. On October 9, 2014, Aniton entered a plea of guilty to one count of Obstructing Justice. She was placed on one-year probation and had to resign from her position of public employment. On April 9, 2015, Cox entered a plea of guilty to one count each of Attempted Identity Fraud and Tampering with Records. On April 17, 2015, Dorsu entered a plea of guilty to one count of Identity Fraud.
