Prospect Point Home Owners Association Association Volume 9, Issue 1 April, 2015 Pool Opens May 23 Along with compliance with all Pool Rules below, to be admitted to the pool, you must have an activated pool fob. Previous years’ efforts to keep the complaints down have been successful. Therefore, the Board has decided to again require all homeowners and tenants to sign and acknowledge that they have read and understand the Pool Rules prior to activation of their pool fob. Homeowners and tenants will need to come to the Clubhouse to have their pool fob activated. Board representatives will be available at the Clubhouse as follows: Tuesday, April 14th, from 5-6 and 7-8 pm – before and after the Landscape Committee Meeting Thursday, April 23rd from 5-6 and 7-8 pm – before and after the Property Management Committee Meeting Monday, April 27th from 6-7 pm—before the monthly Board meeting Saturday, May 9th from 11 am-2 pm Tuesday, May 12th from 5-6 and 7-8 pm – before and after the Landscape Committee Meeting Thursday, May 14th from 5-6 and 7-8 pm – before and after the Property Management Committee meeting Saturday, May 16th from 11 am-2 pm Monday, May 18th from 6-7 pm before the monthly Board meeting If you cannot make any of the sign-up times above, you will need to make arrangements to meet with Rentz Management to have your fob activated in order to gain access to the pool. (The offices of Rentz Management are located at 421 Scott Blvd., Covington, KY). At the Prospect Point Annual Meeting held on Monday October 27 new Board Members, Scott Mattingly, Alice Clay and Julie Dorman, were elected. The Officers remain the same and are listed on page three along with the Committee Chairs and other Board Members. Volume 9, Issue 1 Page 2 Prospect Point Pool Rules 1. Do not swim alone. 5. 6. 2. Homeowner must accompany guests and is responsible for the action of guests. 4. Persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult member at all Moles! The Board is purchasing five additional mole traps in addition to the five we currently have for use throughout the community. The additional traps will initially be used in three selected areas where there is a significant amount of mole damage. All traps will be available to homeowners upon request based on availability. Please contact Rentz Management to request a trap and to schedule a time when L&M can meet with you to demonstrate how to properly use the traps. 7. 8. 9. times. No cut off jeans allowed. The outdoor shower must be used after sports related activities. Persons with contagious diseases or open infected sores are not allowed in the pool. No pets are allowed in the pool area. 10. NO GLASS ALLOWED IN THE POOL AREA. 11. Large floats are not permitted. Single person air mattresses are permitted only on weekdays. Balls and plastic toys are permitted with discretion. No loud or rough play or running is allowed. 12. No DIVING permitted. 13. No one is to RESERVE lounge chairs. 14. The Association is not responsible for personal property at poolside. 15. The pool may not be reserved for private parties. There are no exceptions. 16. Inappropriate language and behavior will not be tolerated. Although there may be a Pool Attendant checking admittance to the pool area, it is still the responsibility of each resident to see that these rules are enforced in order to maintain a safe pool area for the use and recreation of all concerned. The Board of Directors has the obligation and the right to suspend the membership and pool privileges of any member who abuses their privilege or creates a safety hazard for others.
