Pool Opens May 23
Along with compliance
with all Pool Rules below,
to be admitted to the
pool, you must have an
activated pool fob. Previous years’ efforts to keep
the complaints down
have been successful.
Therefore, the Board has
decided to again require
all homeowners and tenants
to
sign
and
acknowledge that they
have read and understand
the Pool Rules prior to
activation of their pool
fob. Homeowners and
tenants will need to come
to the Clubhouse to have
their pool fob activated.
Board
representatives
will be available at the
Clubhouse as follows:
Tuesday, April 14th,
from 5-6 and 7-8 pm –
before and after the
Landscape
Committee
Meeting
Thursday, April 23rd
from 5-6 and 7-8 pm –
before and after the Property Management Committee Meeting
Monday, April 27th from
6-7
pm—before
the
monthly Board meeting
Saturday, May 9th from
11 am-2 pm
Tuesday, May 12th from
5-6 and 7-8 pm – before
and after the Landscape
Committee Meeting
Thursday, May 14th
from 5-6 and 7-8 pm –
before and after the Property Management Committee meeting
Saturday, May 16th
from 11 am-2 pm
Monday, May 18th from
6-7 pm before the monthly Board meeting
If you cannot make any of
the sign-up times above,
you will need to make arrangements to meet with
Rentz Management to
have your fob activated in
order to gain access to
the pool. (The offices of
Rentz Management are
located at 421 Scott Blvd.,
Covington, KY).
