STEP ONE – THE COLOURFAST TEST
Having read the important
information panel on the side of the
pack, you must always pre-test all
coloured areas in an inconspicuous
area first. Dab the cloth on to the
fabric and then proceed to dab the
treated area with a moist white cloth.
If any colour is seen on the cloth, do
not continue. Remove any residues of
solution with a clean damp cloth.
STEP TWO
Place a clean white cloth or paper
towel under the stained area and dab
the stain with the Dry-Clean Only
sheet, working the solution into the
stain and pushing it through onto the
cloth.
STEP THREE
Use fresh areas of the cleaning sheet
as may be required to treat the stain
completely. Keep turning the cloth
underneath and use clean area to
absorb the stain until it’s removed.
STEP FOUR
It’s important to finally blot excess
cleaning fluid from the garment with
a clean damp cloth to remove any
residues and avoid rings.
(Having firstly removed visible spots and stains from
your garments, if required by following the spot
cleaning instructions).
STEP ONE
Clean tumble dryer lint filter
thoroughly. Close any buttons and zips
and turn fragile trims (including beads
and sequins) or buttoned garments
inside out. Then place 1 to 4 garments
or items of similar fabric, weight and
colour into the dryer. Garments should
have room to move - do not overfill.
STEP TWO
Use either the same cleaning sheet
used for spot stain removal or a new
fully opened Dry-Clean Only sheet and
place in the tumble dryer with the
garments.
STEP THREE
Tumble on low heat or delicate setting
for 20 minutes on a timed setting not counting the cool down time.
STEP FOUR
Remove garments from dryer
immediately after the cycle has
stopped. Shake lightly then hang to
prevent creasing. Garments are ready
to wear though some items may require
light ironing (always check garment
care label first). The Dry-Clean Only
sheet should be discarded after use.
