take identified candidates through the development stages of the recruiting process for
the client.
Actions
Qualigence International’s Pharmaceutical Research Team obtained a specific target
list from the client in order to locate and identify talent within these sectors. The
Research team worked diligently to gain a thorough understanding of the niche
pharmaceutical groupings and break out the organizational teams from within the
designated sectors.
Process
The Research team utilized a unique phone methodology to obtain that-day accurate
information from more than a dozen pharmaceutical companies. This data was
compiled into organizational charts and pipeline data segments for the client. The
Research team identified talent within specific niche roles, titles, divisions, and areas in
order to identify the correct talent for particular roles.
