Thank you for your interest in sponsoring the Big View 5K to benefit TOGETHER WE FEED CHARLOTTE.
Thousands of children in Charlotte, North Carolina go hungry every day. The Big View Diner has set the
stage to create a 5k run that will start and finish at the Big View Diner where 100% of all net proceeds will go
directly to the school pantries in Charlotte to feed our children. Help us stop the hunger and make sure all
our children get 3 meals a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
The Big View 5K to benefit TOGETHER WE FEED CHARLOTTE is a great way to showcase your business
to a concentrated group of individuals with similar interests. Using our event as an advertising medium, your
name and logo can be published on print materials, online advertising, social media announcements, t-shirts,
and race day recognition.
As a Title or Presenting Sponsor, your business name will be attached to the event name, placing you whenever
and wherever the race is advertised. The list below walks you through our full advertising spectrum. Please
see the Sponsorship Levels sheet for a breakdown of what items pertain to each level.
PRINT MATERIALS
° The race management company facilitating this event will distribute race material to local running stores,
gyms, cafes, and coffee shops. Rack cards are set out at their packet pickups and race day tables at other events
leading up to this race.
° The race is printed in the Charlotte Observer Monday Race Calendar for weeks leading up to the race.
° The Big View Diner will promote the event via email marketing, social media and internal marketing to all
patrons. This will also include all Xenia Hospitality concepts. They are:

T-SHIRTS
Your business logo will be included on custom t-shirts for the race. A good t-shirt means our race participants
wear it often, all around town, and your logo is seen year-round.
RACE DAY RECOGNITION
° The Big View 5k will feature an energetic emcee. From the start of race day registration through the awards
ceremony, sponsors are continually thanked and recognized for their support. We can add a short statement of
who you are and what you do to help connect participants to your business.
° Race sponsors are featured on banners at the race in prime locations; finish line fencing, results tent, food
tent, or awards tent.
° Sponsors can bring booths and tents to the event; you can offer coupons, promotional materials, or services
to engage participants.
° The Big View 5k will use online virtual packets. Submit a flyer or coupon, and race participants can go online
and print them out.
