Select a card in card list to view card information.
To view other card information, please select other card in list
and click on View button.

Card statement:
Display information of transactions which are on selected statement
Please select a card number, a statement period and click on
View button.
To view other card number, or other statement period, please
select in list again and click on View button.
Card transactions:
Display information of transactions which were settled and will be on the
next statement period
Please select a card number and click on View button.
To view information of other transaction, please select other card
in list again and click on View button
Pending transactions:
Display information of transactions which have not been settled yet.
Those are waiting for process of system and will be hold in card limit
temporarily.

1. OTP registration
Please choose OTP registration menu to registry a telephone number to
receive OTP sent by Vietcombank
Choose a number receiving OTP
Enter security number and click on Confirm button for a
system sending OTP to number register
Enter OTP, check agreement box, and click on Accept button to
complete the registration

2. Set transaction limit
Please select Change transfer quota menu to set the maximum amount
that could be transferred daily.
Select a transfer limit
Check boxes to agree to our Terms and Conditions.
Press Confirm button to set quota.
Choose OTP method, enter security number and click on
Confirm button for a system sending OTP to number register
Enter OTP and click on Accept button to complete the
registration

Transfer to another Vietcombank account
Please select Make a transfer menu and select Transfer to
another VCB account transfer type
Fill in the transfer form and press Confirm button
Choose OTP method, enter security number and click on
Accept button for a system sending OTP to number register
Enter OTP, and click on Transfer button to complete the
transaction
 Note:
o
Debit account: you are not allowed to transfer from joint
accounts
o
Credit account: you are not allowed to transfer to the
following accounts
 FI accounts
 Accounts in foreign currency
 Accounts of non-resident foreigners
o
You will receive transaction bill on screen and sent via
email.

Transfer to beneficiary collects cash at VCB
Please select Make a transfer menu and select Beneficiary
collects cash at VCB transfer type
Fill in the transfer form and press Confirm button
Choose OTP method, enter security number and click on
Accept button for a system sending OTP to number register
Enter OTP, and click on Transfer button to complete the
transaction
 Note:
o
Beneficiary brings ID/Passport to receive the money at
any VCB counter

Transfer to another Vietnamese bank’s account
Please select Make a transfer menu and select Transfer to
another Vietnamese bank’s account transfer type
Fill in the transfer form and press Confirm button. Please
choose your bank and branch you want to transfer through 04
criterias
o
Bank type
o
Bank name
o
Province/ City
o
Branch name
Base on your information filled, VCB will process it
automatically (post in VCB and send order information to the
beneficiary bank)
Choose OTP method, enter security number and click on
Accept button for a system sending OTP to number register
Enter OTP, and click on Transfer button to complete the
transaction
 Note:
o
Cut-off time: 15h30

Transactions are created before 15:30, Vietcombank
will process the order during the day

After this time, Vietcombank will debit your
account. The next working day, VCB will be sent
your order information to the beneficiary bank

Print electronic invoices
You can print Electronic invoice of orders at Transfer status
menu
The program only supports you print these invoices for 10 days
after VCB processed orders successfully.
If you would like to get invoices over 10 days ago, please contact
Vietcombank branches.
Electronic invoices
For transfer invoices: you can print invoices having full
information.
For Local tax payments: beside Transfer slip, you also can print
Deposit slip

Transfer status
To check transfer status, you access Transfer status menu
Successful: the order approved and VCB processed
successfull.
Pending: VCB is processing the order.
Rejected: the order is rejected
Updating transfer: The program hasn’t updated your order.
Please contact VCC (Vietcombank Contact Center):
1900545413 or Vietcombank branches
 Note:
o
You can only view orders created within 10 days.
o
You had better to keep billing payment in the case of
verifying with Vietcombank

3. Card transfer
Please select Card transfer menu to transfer money to another card
of linked bank
Fill in the card transfer form and press Accept button
Choose OTP method, enter security number and click on
Accept button for a system sending OTP to number register
Enter OTP, and click on Transfer button to complete the
transaction
 Note:
o
Debit account: you are not allowed to transfer from joint
accounts
o
Beneficiary card number: apply for the card of the
Bank as stipulated in each period

4. Card statement payment
Please select Card statement payment menu to pay expenditures on
your credit cards
Amount
Min amount: the amount should be paid before due date. If not,
you will be charged late payment fee
Statement balance: the amount is displayed on your monthly
Card account statement
Outstanding balance: the amount includes Current Balance and
Pending Statement Balance.
Others: the amount you enter
Payment amount regulations
Total payment amount in 01 statement period on any transaction
channels has to not exceed 500 million VND
Payment amount must not exceed Outstanding balance
In case your refund amount is greater than your billed amount,
you can go to our counters to request the refund.

companies in co-operation with Vietcombank
Fill in that form and press Confirm button
Choose OTP method, enter security number and click on

transaction
6. Financial service
Please select Financial service menu to pay the bill payment
of companies in co-operation with Vietcombank (Financial,
Assurance, Stock companies …)
Fill in that form and press Confirm button
Choose OTP method, enter security number and click on
Accept button for a system sending OTP to number register
Enter OTP, and click on Transfer button to complete the
transaction

7. Local tax payment
Tax payment
For your company: Pay taxes of yourself (The program
automatically display tax number)
For others: You also can pay taxes of other companies
Payment screen
1 - Tax information: is displayed automatically, such as:
company name, Taxation department, correspondent account
(the tax information is provided by Taxation Department).
2 – Tax information: is displayed automatically. If having
no information, please fill in tax information wich you still
would like to pay.
3 – Extra taxes information
You can compensate other taxes beside taxes provided by
Taxation Department

Fill in tax form and select tax types needed to pay
Implement this payment as same as Transfer function

Please select Topup payment menu to implement the topup
payment of companies in co-operation with Vietcombank
(OnePay, VTC, VietPay…)
Fill in that form and press Confirm button

Enter OTP, and click on Transfer button to complete the
transaction

Select new daily limit level, check agreement box, and click on

 Note:

If the spending daily limit/withdraw cash in on that you have
chosen more than the current remaining credit limit of the card,
you will only be used within the rest of your card limit.

Open an account
Please select Open an account menu to transfer money from
demand deposit account to fixed deposit account on the new open
Fill in that form and press Confirm button
The order will be checked to display information of

Enter OTP, and click on Open an account button to
complete the transaction

Change account
Transactions allow you to change the default account associated with the
phone in SMS Banking
Please pick “SMS Banking -> Change account” menu
Choose another account, check box to agree to our Terms and Conditions
and press Accept button to complete change
Change phone number
Please pick “SMS Banking -> Change phone number” menu
Enter new phone number, enter security number and click on Accept
