TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To secure each place a non refundable deposit of £10.00
per person is payable within 14 days of a provisional
booking. Provisional bookings will be released after 14
days if a deposit is not received. Full payment must be
made by 8th November 2015. All bookings after this date
must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
All payments are non refundable and non transferable
towards purchases should numbers reduce prior to event.
Deposits paid at the time of booking guarantee the number
of attendees, therefore, if numbers drop after the payment
is made this will result in a total loss of the inidividual
deposit.
Once the final balance is received and a cancellation
occurs within your group, this again will result in a total
loss of monies paid.
The hotel reserves the right to offer alternative dates or
cancel parties should there be insufficient numbers.
The prices quoted are non-negotiable and cannot be used
in conjunction with any other offers or discounted rates.
