JOINING INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW ADMISSION FOR CLASS VI & IX

Dear Parent,
1. Firstly I would like to congratulate you that your Son has been
provisionally selected for admission to Class VI in this prestigious
institution.
2. Secondly we are hereby sending you details which will help you at the
time of admission of your ward in the school. We advise you to go through
the following points carefully:
(a) A list of School Uniform along with the rates is hereby attached which
will be stitched by our school tailor to have a similar pattern for all the
cadets of the school.
(b) Some of the items will be provided in our School Tuck Shop. List of the
same is also attached.
(c) Items which are available in School CSD Canteen can be purchased in
the school. The list of availability of items is also attached.
(d) You are requested to bring one single Demand Draft for Tuition fees,
Caution Money & Pocket Money in favour of “ The Principal, Rashtriya
Military School, Bangalore” payable at Bangalore.The Demand Draft will
be category wise. List of the same is also attached.
(e) You should bring 10 passport size photographs of your ward and
one photograph of the parents/ local guardians.
(f) You should bring 3 Pairs of Civil Dress.
(g) You should bring 01 Pair of Civil Shoe.
(h) Cadet should bring three stitched Mufti Dress (i.e. Black Pant & White
full sleeves Shirt).
(i) You should bring 1 Civil Blanket.
(j) Your ward should have your present address, phone nos. of parents
and local guardians.
(k) Parents are requested to book tickets for Onward and Return Journey
for Summer Vacations commencing from 09 May 2015 to 29 June 2015.
Parents can book their onward journey ticket on 09 May 2015 after
1600hrs and should report back to the school by 29 June 2015 ( before
1800 hrs)
(l) Parents are requested to purchase all Class VI Text Books (NCERT),
Camel 64 shades oil pastels, 10 long registers of 164 pages (Chandras)
while reporting to the school.
(m) You are requested to bring the following documents for admission :(i) Original Joining Instructions.
(ii) Original Transfer Certificate duly signed by the District
Education Officer.

(iv) Medical Fitness Certificate by the Medical Board from the
specified hospital.
(v) Original date of Birth Certificate, (attested copy of the date of
birth, Part II order).
(vi) Serving Certificate. Present Rank Certificate.
(vii) Original Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST, Income Certificate,
(viii) Affidavit as per format on Rs 20/- stamp paper duly signed
by the “Notery Public” as per the attached format.

1. Only Demand Drafts / Bankers Cheques will be accepted by the office.
No Cash / indl Cheques will be accepted, under any circumstances.
Drafts / Bankers Cheques should be in favour of 'The Principal,
Rashtriya Military School, Bangalore'. Payment of Tution fees
should be as per present category and rank of the parent.
2. Caution Money is a one time payment and shall be paid only at the
time of admission. The same need not be paid every year
3. Parents / Guardians are required to make note of the pocket money
balances of their wards & maintain a minimum balance of ₹ 5,000/- at all
times during the tenure of their ward at the school.
4. Tution Fees of the wards should be paid at the beginning of the new
session (Jul - Aug) every year, positively.
5. Change of rank with regard to combantants on account of promotion /
commission should be initimated to the office immediately and Tution
Fees applicable for the rank shall be paid from the ensuing academic
year, since Tution Fees is based on rank of the parents.
