USC Final Grade Processing Deadline
**Effective for all USC campuses.
Final grades are due no later than 72 hours after the end of the final examination for the
course. Final grades should be submitted using Self Service Carolina https://my.sc.edu/.

NOTE: Grade submission on Self Service Carolina will be unavailable temporarily during end of
term processing. End of term processing includes academic standing (probation/suspension)
and semester honors.
Past Term Grade Conversion Deadlines
Faculty should submit any final grades for ‘I’ incompletes and or ‘NR’ no report grades assigned
for the terms below before the conversion deadline date.
