Cancellation requests must be sent by email to [email protected]. Refund policy is as follows:
On or before June 4: 90% of the full amount will be refunded.
June 5 through June 25: 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
After June 25, no refund will be given.
You may request a change to your registration at any time up to one week before the conference. You will receive a new confirmation email at that time. If your changes result in a refund due, the refund will
be made within 30 days after the conference. "No shows" are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of canceling, your registration may be transferred by giving a colleague a written
authorization.
Force Majeure: The organisers are not liable for any claims for damages and/or losses, including registration fees, if the entire conference has to be cancelled due to a force majeure incident.

Symposium is only open to Ph.D students.
