Our ongoing collaboration with Struthers
offers a wonderful opportunity to develop a unique
residence that addresses the overall wellness and
quality of life for each resident.
To achieve this balance, we utilize the nationally
renowned C.R.E.A.T.E Program at the Struthers
Parkinson’s Center for many of our residents in
our Parkinson’s Specialty Care residences.

Our Staff
Our staff consists of professionally trained Nurses
and Home Health Aides that are familiar with the
symptoms and unique challenges of Parkinson’s
Disease, and recognize the ongoing need for
medication and symptoms management for
Parkinson’s patients. Each of our Nurses and
Home Health Aides have been specially trained and
educated by the Struthers Parkinson’s Center,
a nationally recognized center of excellence that
offers an integrated approach to caring for those
with Parkinson’s Disease.
