Elections for your RCP Board of Directors will take place on this date. If you contributed to RCP prior to
May 31, 2015, you must renew your membership ($15 and up) at this June meeting in order to be eligible to vote .
There are four board positions open this year. Sara Birkhead is leaving the board and Jen Lambert, David
Patterson, and Rick Schneider are running for re-election. We would prefer that anyone who wants to run for a
board position make their intentions known to Joshua Redford by June 1. If you would like more information
regarding serving on the Board, please do not hesitate to contact one of the current or retiring Board Members.
Rich Bird, David Johnson, Kate Keifer, Jerry Morse, Joshua Redford, Jolene Vettese, and Carol Watson will continue
their terms through the 2015-2016 Season.
The last full fiscal year 2013-2014 (A Tribute to the Music of Rodgers & Hammerstein and Andrew Lloyd Webber,
Les Misérables, Xanadu, and Chapter Two) will be discussed, as well as the season that just ended, and of course,
the exciting season-to-come.
Officers of the Board are elected by their fellow-board-members immediately following the Annual Meeting.

Thanks to EVERYONE: actors, techies, staff members, and especially
the dedicated board members, who contributed to another amazing
season of quality community theatre. We are grateful to everyone who
participated and supported RCP during a very successful season.
Now, we need YOU to help kick-off our 49th Year!
The board meetings generally take place on the second Tuesday of each
month. If you feel you have a few hours to spare, and have something to
offer RCP, please email me at [email protected] for more
detailed information about running for the board of directors. Help us
continue to grow as an organization and provide quality theater experiences to
our patrons.
