Hammondaire Hoop Groups Skills Development
Program is designed to help each indivdual athlete
become a better basketball player and enhance
their skills as well as to take their game to the elite
level. We will go over all the basic funadmentals of
the game as well as challange each athlete to step
away from their comfort zone. Each week we will
spend 2 hours working on new skills and refineing old
ones. Come out and join us during our 8 week
training session and “Lets Be Elite”!

In 2014 the Reunion Division A CARA Volleyball
team became the most successful in the history of the
Reunion Recreation Center, making it to the semi
finals of the CARA state volleyball
tournament. In order to maintain the momentum
and build on the foundation of success the
coaching staff is offering a winter volleyball
development camp for players from 3rd to 5th
grade. This program offers a great opportunity for
each player to work on the skills and systems to
begin preparation for the coming spring season
which starts in March and is for athletes who have
competed in other sports and are considering
playing in the spring season.

Rapids game on Saturday, April 19th at 7pm vs.
Seattle! Additional tickets will be available to

will be held on Mondays and Tuesdays based on age
group and games will be held on Saturdays.

CARA Volleyball participants will be broken up into
5 divisions based on their skills and abilities:
A, B, C, D, E. Ability grouping practices will be held
Monday/Wednesday, March 16th/18th 5:30-6:30pm
for 3rd-5th graders and Tuesday/Thursday, March
17th/19th 5:30-6:30pm for 6th-8th graders. A coach
will contact you with exact practice days and times
the week after the ability grouping practices.
Each team will practice twice a week. Each team
will be required to attend 2 tournaments between
April 4th and May 9th held at various
locations around the Metro area, to qualify for the

Participants must be able to swim 25 yards (1 length
of pool) without stopping or needing assistance, and
be able to rhythmic breath to the side.
Participant must also be able to swim 25 yards
backstroke staying horizontal without stopping.
CARA swim is not intended to be swim lessons.
Due to the limited space, please do not register your
child if they cannot perform the minimum
requirements. Practices will be held
Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday
evenings and Monday/Wednesday mornings.
Please only register for one practice time. Swimmers
will have the opportunity to compete in swim meets
throughout the summer on Saturdays. Swim meets
will be Saturday, June 20th at Brighton, Saturday,
July 25th at Signal Creek, and Saturday, August 1st

This taekwondo program offers children a strong
foundation in essential character qualities such as
courtesy, respect, and discipline.
In addition, the program is designed to improve
children’s motor skills and enhance their ability to
pay attention and follow directions. All classes are
taught using the most safe, fun, and exciting
instruction methods available for the age group.
This program works in conjunction with the Karate
for Kids program, emphasizing the same important
monthly themes and value system.
Uniforms are not required but may be purchased for
