2015 Adult Spring Softball League Registration Commitment Form The following are available playing leagues for the 2015 Spring Adult Softball Program: Circle One League Primary Evenings Playing Divisions Men’s Open Mon./Wed. 6 HR-single/1-up HR-single Men’s Church Tues./Thurs. 6 HR-single/1-up HR-single Women’s Open Mon./Wed. 6 HR-single/1-up HR-single Co-Ed Open Tues./Thurs. 1-up HR-single Registration is accepted on a first come, first served basis. Leagues and divisions are limited and once the limit is reached, registration will be closed. The RFPRA reserves the right to make final decisions regarding team placement in leagues/divisions. All leagues are slow pitch. All player fees are $55.00, if a player participates in more than one league must pay a player fee for each league. Non-Floyd County residents must pay an additional non-resident fee of $15.00 per person, per league. Upon registration for each team, a non-refundable player fee of 5 player fees will be required to place the th team on the playing schedule by Thursday, March 26 , 2015. Team practices at the Floyd Co. Softball Center (FCSBC) will be begin Monday, March 23, 2015 for all teams with at least 5 players registered. Individual team practices will be scheduled upon each team’s commitment for the upcoming season has been met. Team managers are required to collect all player fees and bring to RFPRa headquarters at 1 Shorter Ave. nd Rome Ga. 30165 prior to Thursday April 2 2015. Not included in the player fee is league softballs, league softballs must be purchased through RFPRA at $50.00 per dozen. The balance which must include a minimum of 10 player fees and any non-resident fees (if applicable) must be nd paid in full prior to receiving their game schedule, on Thursday April 2 2015.
