$588.00 (tax included) = Sponsor fee $225 + Player fees $363 (11 x $33 = $363) Tuesday, August 18, 2015 $33.00 (tax included) Players may only sign up with one team per night of play. PRCS reserves the right to place teams into appropriate leagues.
REGISTRATION OF A TEAM GUARANTEES NIGHT OF PLAY, NOT LEAGUE!
All registration is on a first‐come, first‐served basis.
To Register a Team:
 You must have 11 completed player cards, proper fees, and signatures.  Cash, MasterCard/Visa and checks are accepted.  Sponsorship checks must be made out to PRCS for the exact amount only. No change will be given on checks written over the amount due.  Returned checks will incur a $35 penalty fee; two‐party checks are not accepted. Team/player may resume participation in league games after the registration fee and returned check fee are paid in full by either cash, MasterCard or VISA.
Leagues:
 Women’s Monday Night League o Limit 7 teams non‐competitive  Men’s Tuesday Night League o Limit 12 teams – 2 leagues of 6: 6 teams non‐competitive/6 teams competitive  Coed Wednesday Night League o Limit 18 teams – 3 leagues of 6: 6 teams competitive/6 teams non‐competitive/6 teams non‐competitive
Transfers:  No transferring is allowed in Fall Softball. Additional Player Registration:  Additional Players may be added at any time, as needed.  All proper fees, player cards, and signatures are required.  Players may only sign up with one team per night of play. League Play Begins:  Monday, August 24, 2015 Holiday Changes in Schedules:  Monday, September 7, 2015 games are moved to Thursday, September 10, 2015.
Men’s & Women’s 12” and Co‐ed Leagues are to use:
 12” Dudley SB‐12RFY44 (Leather Optic Yellow Cover Only ‐ No White Balls) Postponements:
No postponements are allowed in Fall Softball. Forfeits: Teams are only allowed two (2) forfeits a season and must pay a $25.00 forfeit fee in order to resume play in the league. Teams will be dropped from the league after the second occurrence. Make‐Up Games:
Thursday nights will be used for makeup games throughout the season. Managers:
Managers are responsible for knowing the rules regarding: Eligibility, Residency, Registration, Transfers, Forfeits, Postponements, Protests and THE CONDUCT OF THEIR TEAM AND PLAYERS. Reminders:
No Metal Cleats Men on co‐ed teams will use the bat provided by PRCS.
NOTE TO ALL TEAMS: Teams will be combined to one league if not enough teams register for
two leagues. PRCS reserves the right to place teams into appropriate leagues. REGISTRATION
