Rhino Rugby are delighted to continue
our extensive partnership with The British
& Irish Lions for the Tour to Australia this
year, following our successful involvement
in the 2009 Tour to South Africa.
Once more we are Official Suppliers of
scrummaging machines, contact and training
equipment and whether it’s at the pre-Tour camps
in Cardiff, Dublin and London, or at match venues in
Hong Kong and Australia, the Rhino Dictator scrum
machine and our extensive range of contact and
training equipment (including our groundbreaking
new Rhino Skin Armour contact suit – see page 38)
will be on hand to ensure The Lions have the best
equipment to work with.
We are also, for the second successive Tour,
Oficial Ball Supplier to The Lions. The Rhino Vortex
Elite ball, which has proved such a success in the
RaboDirect PRO12 competition for the last two
seasons, will again be used for training in all Tour
games and it will also be the match ball for the game
against the Barbarians in Hong Kong.

GAME
Rhino Rugby are Partners and Official Suppliers to the
RaboDirect PRO12 competition, featuring the top
professional sides in Ireland, Scotland, Wales and
Italy – we supply the Official Match Ball for each
game in the competition and also the kit for the
referees and touch line official.
The leading goalkickers in the competition have
reacted very positively to the Rhino Vortex
Elite match ball which has produced
impressive statistics. Jonathan Sexton of
Leinster won the 2011-12 Rhino Golden
Boot Award with a 90% success rate
and his teammate Ian Madigan
emulated him to take the 2012-13
Award with an 87% strike rate.
Rhino Rugby are also the Preferred
Ball Supplier to Leinster Rugby.
