CLUB CARD MEMBERSHIP
Terms and Conditions
1. The Buckmans Car Wash Club Card provides the member with daily washes for the vehicle with
license plate number enrolled. Activation period is monthly with a minimum 3 month membership
term. Monthly renewal plans will be automatically charged to member’s credit/debit card on the
25th of the month in advance per the terms of the Recurring Payment Authorization form.
2. The Buckmans Car Wash Club Card Family Plan provides the best value for family members on
our WORKS and ULTRA WORKS plans. Primary vehicle is ULTRA WORKS first, and then The
WORKS plan.
3. An additional 5% SAVINGS is also available for annual pre-payment for our WORKS and ULTRA
WORKS plans. No partial refunds can be provided on any plans.
4. Member must present valid Buckmans Car Wash Club Card for each use.
5. Membership is valid for a maximum of one car wash per day.
6. Club Card is valid only on the make/ model and license plate that it is issued for.
7. If the membership Club Card is tampered with or the Club Plan is used in any way inconsistent
with its terms and conditions, membership will be immediately terminated without refund.
8. Replacement Club Cards: Member can notify Buckmans Car Wash if registered vehicle’s card
requires replacement. (i.e. the sale of the vehicle, plate change, lost or stolen card). Membership
number will be deactivated and a new number will be issued. Contact our office for replacement
cards at 585-227-1650. A fee of $5.00 (plus tax) applies to all card replacements.
9. Extra services can be purchased at the car wash.
10. Please contact Membership Services at 585-227-1650 for any questions about your club card
plan.
11. Vehicles must conform to Buckmans Car Wash dimension standards. Please see location to
confirm that vehicle meets standards.
12. Club Cards are not available for commercial vehicles. Taxi cabs, livery vehicles, funeral homes,
fleets and police vehicles should call our office at 585-227-1650 for details and restrictions.

15. There are no partial month(s) refunds.
16. To Cancel: Member may cancel by notifying Buckmans Car Wash in writing at 2496 West Ridge
Road, Suite 204, Rochester, NY 14626. Member must provide license plate number at time of
notification. Please allow at least 15 business days before your billing date to effect cancellation.
Member may continue to use Club Card until the last day of the current billing cycle. No partial
refunds are available.
17. In the event that Buckmans Car Wash is not able to charge a member’s credit/debit card due to
an expired card or change of information, the member’s plan will be de-activated on the 1st day of
the month after his or her billing date.
18. Car washes are available during normal business hours subject to weather closings and
maintenance. Membership cannot be used for Self- Serve Washes.
19. Member is automatically enrolled in Buckmans Car Wash Discount Club.
