Upon signing this form for ROCKY MOUNTAIN FELINE RESCUE, aka “the shelter”, I am
acknowledging that this is a cat shelter and that there are certain risks attendant with being present and/or
touring such a facility. As such I assume all risks attendant with my presence in this facility and here by
RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS the ROCKY MOUNTAIN FELINE RESCUE, a non-profit, its
employees, directors, agents and officers from liability and responsibility for any injuries that I incurred of
believe I incurred while at the shelter.
