College at Ruskin Mill Trust.

We expect and require all of our staff to embrace the vision, values, purpose and method of Ruskin
Mill Trust, and support our staff to understand this through accredited trainings which all staff
commence during their probationary period. Following the completion of the Staff Orientation
Programme we then support staff to undertake a more in-depth programme of study called the
Practical Skills Therapeutic Education Programme which is accredited at level 4 which must be
completed within an agreed timescales.
This is a full time role (40 hours per week) working for 52 weeks per year based in Ruskin Mill College
in Gloucestershire, and we hope that the successful applicant will be able to commence as soon as
possible.
The salary range for this role is Grade 9 £26,420 with possible progression to £28,686 per annum;
starting salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
