The ownership at West Mill continues to navigate permitting efforts to add 42 apartments, demolish part of the manufacturing building, and open up new parking areas and circulation through the site. We expect some construction will begin this spring with completion targeted for late summer. In the interim, the Town of North Andover will be moving ahead with a project to replace street lighting on High and Water Streets and East Mill will continue to make incremental improvements, including a project clean up the Mill Pond that should commence this spring.
