I would like to purchase a guest of honor dinner ticket but have special dietary needs?
We should be able to accommodate most special dietary needs, however please contact Regis
tration
before purchasing your ticket.
How much will single-day memberships be?
Single-day prices will be be announced once pre-registration has closed.
What times will Registration be open at-con?
Registration hours will be announced shortly before the convention.
I registered online the other day, but I don't see a charge on my credit card yet?
We process credit cards automatically through our system. If you do not see an immediate
authorization, please contact Registration .
Do I need Photo ID?
All con attendees must show proof of identity, with a Date of Birth to pick up their badge. Any
con attendee who can not or will not show proof of age will be given a marked badge that
denies access to all adult areas/events of the convention.
Valid proofs of age are government issued photo IDs (for example, driver's license, military ID,
passport) listing a date of birth. Any other photo ID (such as a school ID card) can be used as a
proof of identity for picking up a badge in lieu of government issued ID but the badge may be
marked as a Minor Badge.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks or money orders for payment by mail, and Visa, MasterCard or American
Express for credit card payments. Please do not send cash if registering by postal mail. Please
use the secure online form for paying by credit card DO NOT send credit card information by

regular email. Checks and money orders should be made out to Rocky Mountain Fur Con.
I sent in my registration form and a check but I haven't heard anything yet; did you
receive it?
Registrations are automatically confirmed after receipt of payment, by email. If you didn't
include a valid email address, we couldn't send you a confirmation. If your email address is
different from the one you listed on your registration form, or has changed recently, the email
may have bounced. You can always email registration to check on your registration. Please be
sure to include a valid email address if you want a response.
But I don't have email. How can I get a confirmation?
If you don't have email and wish to receive confirmation via postal mail, please include a
self-addressed stamped envelope with your registration form(s) and check/money order. We will
confirm your registration(s) when they are received and processed.
I can't remember if I registered online or not. How can I find out?
Please feel free to email Registration to see if you're registered. Please include your real name
as well as your badge name, and your address so we can make sure we're looking at the
correct entry.
I've changed my fan name. How do I get it changed on my badge?
You may log in to our Registration website and make any change you want, or just send an
email to Registration requesting the change. Please include your real name as well as the
original fan name, since that's what's currently in the database. Badge name changes will be
accepted until July 1, 2015. After that, you'll have to have your badge reprinted at the
registration desk at the convention.
I registered earlier but I want to upgrade to be a Sponsor, Patron or Super Patron. What
do I need to do?
You may log in to our Registration website to change and purchase the update. Our system will
automatically calculate the difference for you. For example, to upgrade from an attending
membership to a Patron, the additional payment would be $115 (assuming you originally paid
$35 for the attending membership). To upgrade to Sponsor, the additional payment would be
$45 (again, with the same assumption).
I registered early online but I can't attend. Can I get a refund?

No, but you can transfer your membership to another person, or you can consider your
membership a donation to Rocky Mountain Fur Con. To transfer your membership to another
person, please send us a letter or email with your name, fan name, address and email, along
with the real name, fan name (if any), address, and email address of the person you're selling or
giving your membership to. This letter can be by email or postal mail. We will send a
confirmation to both you and the recipient of your membership. Depending on the
circumstances, we may be able to offer alternatives. Email Registration .
What ages are permitted to attend? Can I bring my children?
All ages can attend, but this is a large convention and not specifically geared for very small
children. All registered attendees must provide a valid, government-issued photo ID when
picking up their badges, and those who can not prove their non-minor status (age 18 or older)
will have their badges marked as such, and will not be allowed into any adult only areas.
Children between the ages of 0-12 are free. Children must be accompanied by a registered
adult at all times. As always, if you have any questions, please email Registration and we'll do
our best to assist.
I want to go by myself, but I'm under 18. What can I do?
Minors, (age 18 or younger) will have their badges marked as such, and will not be allowed into
any adult only areas. If not accompanied by a registered adult, you must print and fill out a
Minor Consent form. This form must be signed by a legal guardian and be notarized. You may

Do you need any dedicated Gophers or staff?
We always do! Please email Volunteers if you're curious about volunteering for Rocky Mountain
Fur Con, or check out our Volunteers page. Help is needed in all areas, not just Registration.
Indicate which areas you're interested in helping out with, and the volunteers staff will help you
get in touch with the appropriate groups.
If you're interested in joining the staff, you can email Operations and indicate which position you
are most interested in.
What kind of benefits/goodies do I get for each membership level?
Regular Members:

Admittance to all functions of the convention that are not specifically limited to Patrons or
Sponsors, a registration bag containing our souvenir convention book, information pamphlets,
and other goodies.
Sponsors:
In addition to everything that a full regular membership, sponsors will receive the following:
- The Rocky Mountain Fur Con 2015 T-Shirt
- Their name listed in the convention program book (if provided before the convention book
deadline)
- Other benefits to be announced later
$50 of your membership is a tax deductible donation to MAAC, Inc.
Patrons:
In addition to everything that a full Sponsor membership entitles you too, patrons will also
receive
- Admittance to our Cocktail Party
- A print from our Artist Guest of Honor
- Other benefits to be announced later
$100 of your membership is a tax deductible donation to MAAC, Inc.
Super Patrons:
In addition to everything that a full Sponsor and Patron membership entitles you too, Super
patrons will also receive
- Admittance to our Guest of Honor Dinner
- A special print from our Artist Guest of Honor
- Other benefits to be announced later
