RoseFest Parade

Noon line-up ~ 1:00pm parade
Parade will proceed East on Martin Road from Groesbeck,
to Barkman and proceed south to Memorial Park.
The Parade Committee invites all residents and businesses to join us for
this annual event celebrating our great city! Come and see Miss
RoseBud, Miss RosePetal and Miss RoseQueen of the RoseFest.
Former RoseFest Queens and their courts will be on hand as well. We
invite all of our little “Rose sprouts” to join us at the start of the
parade on their decorated bicycles. For more information, go to

2015 PARADE RULES
*ALL Vehicles/Floats Must be Tastefully Decorated with Flags, Bunting, Streamers, etc.
*NO Alcoholic Beverages may be consumed or displayed before or during the Event.
*NO distribution of samples, coupons, leaflets, pamphlets, or other promotional items allowed. Please email
with any questions.
*Every float MUST be equipped with a Class ABC Fire Extinguisher. Horse units must provide a clean-up
crew.
*Every entry MUST provide their own vehicles.
*Entries SHALL provide their own signage, and banner carriers for the Parade.
*Children on bicycles should wear a helmet.
