Postal Optimization, an optional extended feature of RICOH®
ProcessDirector™ delivered by our Professional Services organization,
integrates RICOH ProcessDirector with USPS-certified third-party software
products. The integration provides comprehensive sortation and reporting
features that help to maximize postal discounts for your mail pieces according
to the USPS Presorting Accuracy Validation and Evaluation (PAVE) standard.
With the use of Postal Optimization, you can send the mail.dat file to
the USPS electronically.
