I have been provided with a copy of that portion of the Zoning Bylaw No. 4/90 that pertains
to the development of residential property within the Resort Village of Kivimaa-Moonlight
Bay.
I understand and agree that failure on my part or on the part of contractors under my hire
to comply with the requirements set out in the Zoning Bylaw will result in the registration of
an interest on the property described on the attached development permit
The interest on the property will be removed only when the non-compliance has been
corrected.
