Town of Drayton Valley NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING April 22, 2015 – 9:00 am Council Chambers, Drayton Valley Civic Centre Be advised that Town Council will be holding a Public Hearing to receive comments on the following related land use applications: 1). Bylaw No. 2015/03/D – for the proposed Highland Park Area Structure Plan (see attached Figure 4 Development Concept), and 2). Bylaw No. 2015/04/D - to rezone a portion of the proposed Area Structure Plan lands to allow for residential and institutional (Park & Stormwater Management Facility) developments by changing the existing AGAgriculture District to R1A- Low Density Residential District, R2 – General Residential District, and IPU – Institutional Public Use District. The subject lands are located west of 35th Street (RR 73, Ring Road) and south of 43rd Avenue, and are legally described as part of Lot 4, Plan 852 1283. This hearing is open to the general public and your attendance is encouraged as this is your opportunity to let Town Council know your views on these applications. Copies of the applications subject of this Public Hearing may be inspected by contacting the Planning & Development Officer at the Civic Centre during regular business hours (8:30am to 4:30pm).
