‘Win a Subaru” Members Promotion (“Promotion”) commences at 9.00am on Monday 4th May 2015 and ends Wednesday 22nd July 2015, after the major draw from 8.00pm. Entry Requirements 2. Entry is open to all financial members of the club. 3. Entry tickets are issued by the following three (3) methods during the promotional period; 1. Members swipe of membership card at any rewards terminal, one (1) entry ticket per member per day 2. Spend $10 or more in one transaction at a participating Dining outlet for one (1) entry ticket 3. Spend $5 or more in any one transaction at a participating bar outlet for one (1) entry ticket. Note: Transactions types include Cash and Point payments only. Gift Cards and Accounts used as payment do not qualify. 4. Participating outlets include; Family Table, Bel Cibo, Spice Garden, Java Café and Crystal Bar for Dining Outlets and Crystal Bar, Skyline Bar, Infinity Bar and Sports Bar for Bar Outlets. 5. Entry tickets must be placed in the ‘Win a Subaru XV’ weekly promotional barrel for the chance to win. 6. Tickets will be removed from the weekly barrel, following the Sunday afternoon draw, and added to the major draw barrel for Wednesday 22nd July 2015. Weekly Draws & Prizes 7.
Weekly draws will be conducted every Wednesday at 9.00pm, 9.15pm and 9.30pm and Sunday at 2.00pm, 2.15pm and 2.30pm to find a total of six (6) unique finalists each week (one (1) at each specified time), that’s Three (3) finalists on Wednesdays and Three (3) finalists on Sundays. 8.

Major Draw & Prizes 11. The Major Draw will take place on Wednesday 22nd July 2015 from 8.00pm. 12. Prior to the Major Draw and between the hours of 4.00pm and 6.30pm, members will receive double entry tickets from the kiosks. 13. Previous weekly finalists must register from 6pm -‐ 6.30pm and place their ‘Entry Card’ into the finalist barrel to participate in the Major Draw. Failing to register will result in a voided entry and an additional unique finalist will be drawn from 7pm. 14. The barrel will then close at 6.59pm 15. At 7pm a final draw will take place to find an additional Ten (10) unique finalists in the Major Draw. Each on these finalists will also receive $100 cash. Any additional unique finalists will also be drawn at this time and will also receive $100 cash. 16. At approximately 8pm Ten (10) unique winners will be drawn from the finalist barrel. Each will choose one of ten (10) envelopes from the promotional display. 17. Members must be present to claim a prize and have four (4) minutes to do so. 18. 27. To the extent that a situation or issue arises for which these terms and conditions, make no provision or in relation to which the relevant terms and conditions are unclear, Revesby Workers’ Club reserves the right to make a decision regarding such a situation or issue in its sole and absolute discretion and such a decision will be final and binding. 28. Revesby Workers’ Club Group Employees, their immediate families and Directors, are not eligible to enter the promotion. 29. Participation in the Promotion by a patron confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Promotion and the Club’s Rules and By-‐Laws in force from time to time. 30. Should a prize winner consent to having his/her photograph taken, that selected prize winner consents to having his/her name and photograph published in any form of media and agrees to participate in any reasonable promotion requested by Revesby Workers’ Club. 31. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. 32. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be entered into a database.
