The Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 2002 does not make any provision for a refund of fees paid if a licence
or certificate is surrendered.

I hereby surrender the above-specified licence/certificate of registration to NSW Fair Trading with the
intention that it be cancelled and have attached the licence/certificate to this Notice if it has not been lost
or destroyed.
In doing so, I acknowledge that once the licence/certificate of registration has been surrendered it cannot
be re-instated. I understand that if there is a need to apply for the corresponding licence or certificate of
registration again in the future, the eligibility criteria that are current at the time the application is made
will need to be met.
I also acknowledge that there is no provision for a refund of any application fees paid in relation to the
licence/certificate of registration that is being surrendered.
