Please remember to arrive at least 15 minutes early for your ministry.
Each Mass minister is responsible to find a replacement if unable to serve at the scheduled time. Knights of
Columbus, ACTS, and Confirmation 14 members are responsible for finding a replacement for their scheduled
weekend. If you need a member list, please contact the office.
If you are receiving this Mass Ministry Schedule but are not scheduled to serve, please call the office at 3765087 to inquire about getting back on the schedule.
***Note for Hospitality Ministers: The OLV Auction Winner’s Banner is a long blue banner. It needs to be
placed on the winner’s row after the 5:00 pm Mass and after the 9:00 am Mass. Please check with the office if
you are not sure of the winner’s row.

provide a reverent atmosphere to receive the precious Body and Blood of Christ. Please ensure that you are
modestly dressed and that you act professionally while serving our Lord. Please do not wear shorts when you
serve at the altar.
