SHOW CAR & VENDOR SPACE AGREEMENT

PRE-REGISTRATION & REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Show Car pre-registration is requested and will have a fee of $5. Pre-registration must be received by JULY 13, 2015. Registration will be free
for vehicles 1941 and older (stock vehicles). The entry registration entitles the registrant to one car space at the show. Registration on the day
of the car show will by $10 at the gate. ALL SHOW VEHICLES MUST BE ON PROPERTY NO LATER THAN 10:30 AM. This is to ensure
safety to all.
Vendors: Fee is $45 for a space and the vendor must supply and display their tax# at the event. Please arrive before 9:30 AM.
PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD
We will providing the general public to select their favorite automobile: Most Popular Car: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th place awards. The ballots will
be given to each person at the entry gate and therefore your assigned numbered space should be clearly displayed to accomplish this balloting
(no cash awards).
GENERAL INFORMATION
• This is a rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued.
• All other parking will be across Montauk Highway at Gardiner County Park.
• All show vehicles, vendors must arrive between 9 AM and 10:30 AM (no set-up before 9 AM).
• No parking or leaving the show before 3 PM.
• All vehicles must be driven through registration and onto the show field under their own power.
• All vehicles must be insured and registered.

The vendor agrees to indemnify and save harmless the County of Suffolk, its officials, employess and agents and the Sagtikos Manor Historical Society, from suits,
actions, damages and costs of every nature and description resulting from the actions of the vendor. Suffolk County, Sagtikos Manor Historical Society, assume no
responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
Sagtikos Manor Historical Society, Suffolk County Parks Department, County of Suffolk and their agents, servants and/or employee, shall not be liable for porperty
damage, personal injury, damage to vendor inventory and other public liability in any way related vendor, show participants activities at the Antique & Classic Car
Show. All vehicles must be driven through registration and onto the show field under their own power. All vehicles must be insured and registered.
