avoided.
DIRECTION FOR USE
The Exact-Touch® sample collection is obtained introducing the endocervical

the lateral collection arm contact the ectocervix. The Exact-Touch® is then
rotated 360°, while maintaining a gentle pressure against the cervical face.

The sample is transferred to the slide by sweeping the bristles horizontally
across the glass slide surface while maintaining a moderate pressure (the
Exact-Touch® handle should be held at a 45° angle to the slide while the
transfer is being performed). At the end of the slide the bristles are lifted from

ECONOMICAL ADVANTAGES
The Exact-Touch® kit is hygienically protected. It is composed by a single
device to collect eso-endocervical cells at the same time, a slide, a pray to fix
the samples and a slide holder for the patient identification, the samples
conservation and transport. So the use of the Exact-Touch® kit allows to
avoid the "other components" necessary to collect cells, as wooden or plastic
spatula, cotton-swab, cytobrush, the fixative and the containers.
The Exact-Touch® kit certainly allows to reduce the economical cost of the
procedure, because it groups all necessary elements, so it does not require
the "other components".
The multiple-containers are often the responsible for mistaking, involuntary
substitutions or confusion among the numerous slides.
The Exact-Touch® kit allows to save time during the specimen collection, it is
comfortable for patients, collects enough material to study and eliminates
inappropriate smears, realizing "monostratificate-smear", so it avoids the
necessity to repeat again the Pap-test.
