ANNUAL APPLICATION – The application must be completed and submitted in one session.
Registration/Login is not necessary to submit an application. Deadline – AUGUST 15, 2015.
Step 1.
Select “SC Annual Application” from the left menu.
Step 2.
Fill in each field of the application and select the “Submit” button when complete.
Unfinished applications are not accessible at a later time.
Step 3.
When the application is complete, select the “Submit” button.
Step 4.
You will receive confirmation message on the website and an emailed receipt confirmation
of your School Collaborator application and required documents to submit.
Step 5.
Send supporting documents by August 15th via mail or email:

REGISTRATION - Confirmed PKS and Kipona School Collaborators must register for access each new
school year in order to confirm enrollment and access post-award information.
Step 1.
Select “Registration” from the left menu.
Step 2.
Fill in the registration fields and select the “Register” button.
Step 3.
You will receive a registration confirmation email. After registering, for the entire school
year, you may now login. Return to https://www2.ksbe.edu/PKSK and enter your E-mail
Address and Password.

registering for your account.
Step 1.
Enter your login information.
Step 2.
You will be directed to the
website’s main page with “Welcome” message. Make your selection on from the menu
bar at the left of the screen.

ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION – PKS & Kipona enrollment confirmation impacts each student’s
award. Please be sure to make the appropriate updates for each
student listed.
Step 1.
After logging in, select “Student Confirmations” then, “Enrollment Info”.
Step 2.
Update the student file by selecting the “Edit” option to confirm enrollment, financial aid
award amount, student start & end dates, and student’s grade level.

POST-AWARD INFORMATION
This is a view-only page of the post-award requirement status for each student confirmed at your school.
Schools are able to view:
• The date we received the student’s signed award letter
• Confirmation of completed HKPO
• If a payment was disbursed to the school
• If there is a disbursement hold on the account
• General status of scholarship requirements
Step 1.
After logging in, select “Post-Award Info” from the “Student Confirmations” menu.
Step 2.
View Student listing with post-award requirements. You will see TRUE/FALSE and
COMPLETE/INCOMPLETE values. An example is provided below.
