BCWWA registration payment and cancellation policy: Once the registration form (online or paper) has been received by the
BCWWA, the registration is considered firm. Payment is due before the event start date. Refunds will be processed for cancellations
received by BCWWA seven (7) working days before the event start date, subject to a cancellation fee of $50 + tax. The minimum
cheque refund amount is $10. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within seven (7) working days of the event start. If
a customer registers without paying and does not attend the event, the registration will be considered firm if they do not notify the
BCWWA of their cancellation per the refund policy stated above. They will be invoiced for the full registration cost. Courses and
events will be offered subject to minimum registration levels being attained and the BCWWA reserves the right to cancel and/or
reschedule any courses or events up to two weeks prior to the scheduled start date.
