Dear comrades,
STANDARDIZED LAMINATED PPOs ISSUED BY BANK
We are happy to inform all the pensioners of the bank that our demand for issue of standardized
laminated Pension Payment Order to all the pensioners has been realized. Head Office of the bank has
since been issuing laminated PPOs to the new retiree pensioners with all the relevant details
automatically and to the earlier retirees upon request. We have demanded that all the existing
pensioners right from the oldest to the latest shall be issued with new standardized laminated PPOs
without waiting for request. But in view of practical difficulties and since it is a voluminous exercise,
HO has informed us that in case of earlier retiree the new PPOs will be issued upon request and in a
phased manner. We therefore advise all our members desirous of obtaining new PPOs to submit
details to HO: SWD or to the respective pension drawing branch in the following proforma. You may
also choose to submit the details to our office directly or through your Zonal office bearer. We
request all our office bearers to collect the applications and forward the same to HO: SWD or to our
office for doing the needful.
