Testicular Masturbation

Masturbation of the Scrotum / Testicles
Testicular Masturbation
Stimulation of the testicles, especially by clasping them and pulling them rhythmically
downwards, away from the perineum, is an effective way of achieving an erection
(Figure 1). It will also result in ejaculation and orgasm, though this may take a little
time to achieve. Ejaculation induced by this means will occur even if the penis is not
fully erect. The pressure on the testicles is located on their upper surface (facing
upwards towards the body) and induces a “T”-type stimulus. Ejaculation by “ballpulling” may be more readily achieved if the pulling is applied after a period of
previous masturbation, or after a prolonged period of abstinence from ejaculation, as a
result of which the system has become fully charged with semen. Moreover, extra
fluid accumulated in the vas deferens as a result of this previous masturbation can
then be moved forward by squeezing the testicles. This will cause fluid to spurt
forcefully from the penis.
Figure 1. Left. Rhythmical pulling the scrotum away from the body, even with a notquite-erect penis, brings the system close to ejaculation and orgasm. Right. The penis
is now erect as a result of ball-pulling.
It might be argued that when orgasm is reached from “testicular masturbation”, by
rhythmically pulling down on the scrotum and testicles, the method was successful
because it resulted in a stimulus to the penis. That is, orgasm may have been achieved
by stretching of the skin of the penis and so there was some continual stimulation of
the glans. However, this presumed stretching of the penis occurs even when the penis
is only partially erect. So it is likely that “ball-pulling” genuinely does encourage
ejaculation by some means other than stimulation of the penis itself.
To be absolutely clear: it does seem that testicular T-type stimulation can play an
important role in masturbation and edging. Also, the T-type stimulation shortens
the time to ejaculation.
Stimulation, as finger pressure or some sort of impact, can be applied at any point on
the testicular surface. The various surfaces are identified in Figure 2 below. However,
from the point of view of massage to the testicles, the most efficacious site is on the
upper surface, where the epididymis is located. This tissue runs from front to back
of each testicle, as indicated in the Figure. The upper, front end corresponds to the
head of the epididymis, the lower, back end to the tail of the epididymis.

Figure 2. Various photographs of the scrotum to identify the various surfaces of the
enclosed testicles. F – front end, or forward-facing surface; B – back end, or
backward-facing surface; L- lower surface; U – upper surface. The “head” of the
epididymis is located on the U surface near the arrowhead at the letter F. The
epididymis then runs along the U surface terminating at its “tail” near the arrow at the
letter B.
The fact that stimulation to the testicles involves the epididymis might account for
why the testicles normally retract towards the body during masturbation or sexual
intercourse. The epididymis makes good contact with the base of the penis when one
lies on one’s back for masturbation. As a result of this contact during testicular
retraction, there is the opportunity for natural T-type stimulation as the testicles are
moved up and down, by masturbation, rubbing the epididymal surface over the
base of the penis (see Figure 2, top left).
On the other hand, the knocking of the Front end of the testicles on the partner’s
perineum during intercourse may also advance ejaculation and orgasm. It seems
that the Front end is more sensitive in advancing ejaculation than the back end.
The Front end corresponds with the head of the epididymis. The same occurs during

manual masturbation: the front end of the testicles knock against the edge of the
masturbation hand.

It is also possible to masturbate the shaft of the penis whilst simultaneously
stimulating the testicles on their upper surfaces with pressure exerted by the fingers
during the downstroke (Figure 4).
