Scania Remote Diagnostics provides the following benefits for the operator:
 The workshop can run diagnostics remotely while the vehicle is working and
help the driver to fix the problem (if it’s not serious) over the phone without
visiting the workshop.
 In case of vehicle breakdown, the visit to the nearest workshop is arranged
including all necessary preparations.
 Post-repair check that everything is OK.
 It boosts uptime and facilitates interaction with the workshop!

Scania driver training
We offer different types of Scania driver trainings:
 General. Main functions and vehicle options introduction during the vehicle handover to its
owner (delivery of new and used vehicles).
 Fuel economy. Fuel economy driver training – Scania instructor arranges a visit to the
company and runs the training for a group of drivers up to 5 persons.
 Analysis. Research and analysis of vehicle operating data. Study report with recommendations
for improving the key operation indicators.
 Coaching. It’s a pioneering driver concept designed to have a long-term effect on driving style.
It is based on regular remote monitoring of driver skills by Scania coach. The drivers will be
offered weekly follow-up talks with a personal coach to discuss fuel consumption, driving style,
etc. If needed repeated driver training can be organized.
