She gives her of her time for school activities whenever asked. She maintains a high average and is involved in school sports as well. She has been accepted to study chemical engineering at Western University. Michaela Henry and Tristan Burke, for being wonderful leaders, hard workers and role models in Mr. Gilroy’s Math classes. Danielle Foreshew - Congratulations Danielle for completing your schooling at SCC. Danielle has shown great growth while here at SCC. She will be missed by all members of our Lifeskills Program. Nicholas Fex - The cardinal cafe would like to thank Nicholas for all his help over the years. He has been an outstanding deliverer for many teachers during their hectic school day. He has enjoyed all aspects of SCC and will be missed by everyone in our Lifeskills Program. Good luck on all your future plans and congratulations. Congratulations to girl’s soccer team on a great season. The girls finished the regular season in 1s t place then defeated Marymount 2-0 in the finals to capture the SDSSAA City Championship. Good luck at NOSSA! Congratulations to the boy’s baseball team on capturing St. Charles College first ever NOSSA baseball title. The boys won the championship by defeating St. Bens 7-6 in the semi finals then beat Elliot Lake 7-6 in a dramatic final. The team will now compete at OFSAA June 3r d and 4 t h . Thank you to Mr. J. Michelutti, Mr. D. Michelutti and Mr. Mousseau for your hard work and dedication with this year’s team. After an extremely successful SDSSAA track meet SCC dominated at NOSSA. Some highlights include: 1. Aiden Martel: 1st place Long Jump 3rd place 800m and 3rd place 3000m 2. Jacob Pitawanakwat: 1st senior boys long jump champion and 3rd in 100m dash at cities. 3. Renee Auger: 2nd place Senior Girls Triple Jump 4. Kayla Folz: 2nd place 100m (Junior) 2nd place 200m (Junior) and 2nd place Triple Jump (Junior) 5. Isaac Callaghan: 2nd place Junior Boys Javelin 6. Elliot Prud'homme: City champion boys Midget shot put and finished 3rd at NOSSA 7. Midget Boys take Gold 4X100 Relay NOSSA Championships (Isaac Callaghan, Aiden Martel, Joel Brunet and Jacob Kruk) and city champion 8. Junior Boys 2nd place NOSSA finish (Braedan Newell, Justin Giroux, Austin Hamilton and Carter Struk) 9. Senior Boys 2nd place NOSSA finish (Jacob Pitawanakwat, Tshiondo N'Galamulume, Ben Kaskiewicz, and Matt Bell) and City Champions 10. Junior Girls Relay made it to NOSSA finished 3dr at Cities (Kaylee Cacciotti, Brooke Fortin, Tayler Murphy and Kayla Folz) Thank you Mr. Van de Ligt and Mr. Doucette for coaching the girls Slo-Pitch team.
