Cedars-Sinai needs to be able to contact you and send you information about your pay and benefits throughout the year, or you’ll miss out on important updates. Cedars-Sinai pay for most of the premium – you pay only a small portion through payroll deduction; to ensure that all employees (regardless of income) have access to coverage, premiums are based on your pay rate of $[XXX.XX] per hour. Both plans are paid 100% by Cedars-Sinai. Once you meet the eligibility requirements, Cedars-Sinai will mail you a choice packet with information to help you choose.
