Transferring Your Rx to an
Offsite Pharmacy
To ensure an uninterrupted supply of medications,
we recommend planning ahead to allow ample time
for a smooth transition. There are 3 ways to transfer
your prescriptions:
Option 1: Request a new prescription from your
physician. For maintenance medications, request a
90-day supply. Have them filled at a network pharmacy
or through your plan’s mail order program.
