Eastman is the Dean for the Spears School of Business. His research interests are mainly in the areas of leadership, extra-role behaviors, and organizational politics. John Hart C. Michael Ming John D. Hart serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer for Continental Resources, Inc. (NYSE: CLR), a Top 10 independent oil producer in the United States and a leader in America’s energy renaissance. Prior to joining Continental Resources in 2005, John was a Certified Public Accountant and auditor with accounting firms Arthur Anderson and Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Masters in Accounting and undergraduate degrees in Finance and Accounting. C. Michael Ming currently serves as the General Manager of General Electric’s Global Research Oil & Gas Technology Center in Oklahoma City. He formerly served as the Oklahoma Secretary of Energy under Governor Mary Fallin. He holds a BS degree with distinction in Petroleum Engineering and an MS degree in Engineering Management, both from Stanford University, and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Oklahoma. Dana Murphy Griff Jones Griff Jones co-founded Twin Eagle Resource Management, LLC, and serves as its President and CEO. Jones graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1991 with a B.S in Finance. Kevin Lafferty Kevin Lafferty holds the position of vice president of Strategic Planning for Devon Energy. His teams are responsible for corporate development and strategy, market intelligence, management of Devon’s portfolio of opportunities, long range planning, capital allocation, budgets and reporting. Altogether, Lafferty has more than 17 years of experience in commercial, technical, financial and leadership positions within the oil, natural gas, midstream and chemicals industries. Elected in 2008 and 2010, Oklahoma Corporation Commissioner Dana Murphy has 22-plus years of experience in the petroleum industry as a geologist. Prior to her election, she owned and operated a private law firm focused on oil and gas title, regulatory practice and transactional work, and previously served as an administrative law judge for the Commission. Jason Pigott Mikell J. “Jason” Pigott was appointed Executive Vice President - Operations, Southern Division in January 2015. Before joining Chesapeake in August 2013, Mr. Pigott worked at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, where he served as General Manager for its Eagle Ford team from June to August 2013 and the General Manager for the East Texas and North Louisiana team from October 2010 to June 2013. Karl Schmidt currently serves as General Manager, Petrochemicals and Lubricants for CITGO Petroleum. He has served in various operations, planning, and supply chain roles in the corporate office and the Lake Charles Manufacturing Complex. Dwight Scott is a Senior Managing Director of Blackstone and Head of GSO Capital Partners’ Energy Practice. Mr. Scott is a member of GSO’s Investment Committee and the Investment Committee for Tactical Opportunities. Jerry Winchester Jerry Winchester, President and Chief Executive Officer, leads the frontline of one of the fastest growing oilfield services companies in the U.S. In 2011, Chesapeake Energy Corporation appointed Winchester as the first President and CEO of Chesapeake Oilfield Services.
